How Discord may create brand advocators?

Discord is a popular communication platform that allows users to create and join virtual "servers" for text and voice chat. These servers can be used for a variety of purposes, including gaming, education, and building community. One way that brands may use Discord is to promote their products or services to their target audience.

These are some ways that businesses and brands may use Discord to promote their products or services

A.     Create a dedicated server of the brand: Here they may request their target audience to join and interact with others, who are also interested in that products or services. This is a great way to make a community of loyal customers who are more likely to buy that products or services.

B.     Give support to the users/customers: The business may use their Discord server, to provide post-sales support to their target audience on a real-time basis. This may include answering questions about the products or services, troubleshooting, providing assistance and addressing any queries that customers may have.

C.     Share exclusive contents: Brands may share exclusive contents within their Discord server, such as sneak peeks of new products, behind-the-scenes footage, and special promotions. This may help to build excitement and engagement around the brand.

D.     Host events: Brands may host special engaging events for their customers, on their respective Discord servers, like Q&A sessions with company representatives, product demonstrations, quiz contests, and giveaways. This may help to engage with the target audience and increase brand recall and attachment.

Here are a few Case Studies:

# Dollar Shave Club, a men’s personal grooming product, used Discord to provide customer support and build a community of loyal customers. The brand created a dedicated Discord server to engage their customers so that the customers could interact with the company representatives and get assistance in real-time and this helped them to build trust among customers.

# Hootsuite, a social media management software brand, created a dedicated Discord server to share tips and tricks, on how to use their platform, as well as an opportunity to interact with other like-minded Hootsuite users. This helped them to promote the Hootsuite brand in a more personal and engaging way. Most importantly they could build a community of loyal customers and brand advocators.

 # Spotify used Discord to promote its music streaming services to their users who are interested in music and want to connect with other like minded people. Spotify also uses Discord to promote their new releases and playlists. Spotify also shares exclusive contents with their subscribers.

Discord helps brands to promote their products or services,  make a community of customers, give them support on a real-time basis and engage with them to create a strong base of brand advocators.
